jessica and her team were on time and great. Explained what they needed to do. They did a fill body check for skin cancer. I have been going to Wartham Dermatology since they opened. They also was treated for Roseasa and it went away in less than a week. Very pleased with their services.

Beware! Warthan insisted that only MOHS surgery was available on a small skin biopsy, and it seemed excessive for this situation. I requested my records to be sent to another dermatology practice to remove the spot Warthan biopsied, and they refused to send the records based on the doctor's’ orders (this was not the first instance of this behavior by the doctor at Warthan). Very shady handling of my health records, and I will not be back.

I want to give my piece of mind here about this clinic. They are scamming people for coming into doctors office every three month when you ask for a refill on a life long condition for which they are prescribing the same medicine for past 2 years and they are gonna prescribe the same for the following years. They just need people's money. And some rude nurses with bad attitude while trying to ask questions. Don't go to this clinic people. Bunch of scammers.

Worst Dr. I have EVER had the displeasure of encountering. Just beside myself with disbelief at how BAD my experience has been with 'Dr' Mandy Warthan.DONT DO IT. There is too much to type. Here are the low points.Went in for a simple wart check. It looked concerning, so we biopsy. Saw Leslie the PA. Results are not good, but it's not all bad. We caught it early. PA says we just schedule the removal, stitches for 3 weeks, scoot on down the road. Dr. Mandy is gunna do the procedure in the office. They even called in an antibiotic in anticipation of the procedure. I picked it up and paid and all. Just need to consult with 'Dr' Mandy and schedule it.Consult day arrives - she no showed. Noon appt. I show up 10 minutes early. 12:15 I am told she is not in the office, and the consult was cancelled. She would call me in a bit. (if shes not in, cant they call me and tell me not to come? or tell me when I check in at the front desk that like....SHES NOT THERE!!??)She calls 2 hours later, tells me the PA (Leslie) had no idea what she was looking at, can't read a pathology report, she should not have told me what she told me, and she was referring me to MD Anderson in Houston, and I SHOULD PRAY ABOUT IT. I'm sorry. praying is not part of my medical treatment plan. Incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, unhelpful, and borderline malicious.I am now starting to realize the levels of incompetence I am dealing with so I try to get my records to go get REAL medical advice. 'Dr' Mandy charges $25 per record request, but MAYBE they can waive the fee, but they need Dr Mandy to approve the release/waive of fees herself. Waited 2 days. But guess what? SHES NEVER THERE. Im not even sure she actually works there.There is so much more to the story, but those are the low points. And remember, whoever replies here and says 'we try...' or 'im sorry you had this experience...' is just as full of crap as 'Dr' Mandy is. (sorry Jennifer, its not personal, you were actually very helpful, and I know you are just doing your job. But you are working for someone who is at BEST negligent, but in reality is probably quite malicious. Find a new job with a respectable Dr.)She should stick to botox and teenage acne. Leave the rest to the real work to the real Dr's. I only wish I had read these reviews first (most of these 5 stars MUST be spam) I seriously cannot grasp how ANYONE walks out of there with ANYTHING nice to say.Disgraceful. Not a good Dr, and does not seem to be a good person. Spare yourself the agony.

she used .7 cc instead of a full 1 to save money, and diciplined her employees if they actually did the correct dosage. she literally keeps your files in her personal house garage. this lady is GREAT at putting on a fake face for y'all, but I dare someone to apply here and see all the truth behind the scenes. AND the rats.. at this point idc if i'm believed or not, this place is disgusting behind the scenes and ran terribly. some of her customers will have her back no matter what; but if this is your first time going, stay away from this place. there's intel of what happened there, and they do not even have a proper sanitation routine. please do not put yourself at risk. this will probably get deleted but i will repost this until the truth is out.

I came in at my 13:30 appointment on July 17th 2024 for my severe itchy condition that I have been experiencing for 3 months. Dr. Warthan and her PA’s treated me with utmost compassion & respect. I was very appreciative and grateful for their kindness and compassion for helping me with my condition for listening to my concerns and understanding. Thank you so much.

Absolute trash! I'm glad I never even made it to the doors. Whoever it is that they have answering the phone is the rudest, most condescending waste of air I had the displeasure of spending a minute with on the phone. She immediately asked if I had insurance. When upon learning they in fact did not take my insurance, I was going to book anyway and pay out of pocket (it wouldn't have been a problem), she wouldn't even let me. I don't know if she just assumed I wouldn't be able to pay it or just didn't want to do her job, but instead of laughing and giggling on the phone, she should have just shut her mouth and made the appointment. Don't even waste your time trying to go here. I should have done my research, and seeing most of the other reviews, I wouldn't have even called. But I did because my pediatrician recommended them. I will definitely be going somewhere with a much better rating.

If I could provide feedback on my recent experience, I would like to express some concerns. I rely on a biologic injection that is delivered to my residence through Optum Specialty Pharmacy. Typically, Warthan Dermatology simply needs to submit the prescription and the pharmacy handles the rest. Unfortunately, they insisted that I come in for an appointment before sending my prescription, even though my next scheduled visit was not until September. Despite this, I made a two-hour round trip for a brief meeting where I was informed, as I already knew, that I was scheduled for an appointment in September and that they would submit the prescription afterward. Two days past my scheduled dosage date, I have yet to receive the prescription.I've learned that Dr. Bob Marinaro, formerly with Warthan Dermatology, has relocated to Sherman, which is more convenient for me. As a result, I am considering transferring my care to his new location. This experience has led me to believe that Warthan Dermatology prioritizes profit over patient care. I was inconvenienced and charged a copay just to be told information that could have been relayed over the phone. It is disheartening to see a healthcare provider prioritize financial gain over the well-being of their patients.

Would not recommend, not only botched my ear but also charges you to transfer your medical records when you realize you need to change doctors because of the poor treatment you received. One could almost deal with the horrible wait times and attitudes if you were receiving top-notch treatment... my experience was not even close to being top-notch.

Mandy is a horrific doctor. She has performed multiple surgeries in a non sterile environment. She will wear gloves but then touch her hair, phone, face, etc and then touch the patient. On top of that, her excision sites will be much larger than is actually necessary, leaving large scars, even on people’s faces. She has the worst bedside manner of any physician I’ve ever seen, and that’s saying something considering how many bad doctors I’ve been to and met. She mistreats employees in front of patients: yelling at them on occasion and talking down to them. Seeing that type of behavior from someone who is supposed to be one of the most respectable people in our society is astonishing and really reflects on her character as a person and how she must run her practice behind the scenes.She will ask for essentially a down payment on surgeries from patients, but then bill their insurance. Except, down payments are never required in the medical field, even for surgeries more major and invasive than Mohs. So she’s basically committing fraud which is incredibly wild and I hope she gets sued to high heaven and loses her practice over it.Her only concern is herself and her money. Her behavior directly goes against the Hippocratic Oath: she’s not honorable, she doesn’t do good for the sick, she is corrupt, she works against patients in some aspects, etc. She is the exact opposite of all the physicians at Anderson. It’s a miracle she still even has her license.Only see Dr. Mandy Warthog if you want infections, scars, and to lose money.

My appointment was booked at the wrong location but luckily I was able to get to the other location in time for my appt. However, I ended up having to leave to get back to work after waiting almost an hour and half for the doctor to see me. Wasted my time :-/

Andrew was great during my consultation. In order to have a procedure done, they wanted me to give a $500.00 deposit that I don't have to just give and pay extra out of pocket if need be. I have gone to other offices that don't require a deposit, just had to pay the co-pay for a small procedure. I'm disappointed because really liked the location and the staff were nice, but for that amount of money will need to find another location.

My husband and I were very impressed the minute we walked into the practice. The people in the front office were very friendly and professional. Dr. Bob was great. He found a suspicious spot on my forearm and he removed it just in case and then it turned out to be a surface melanoma so I went back and he was able to remove it totally and it is totally gone! His staff were also great!

The wait time is ridiculous. Why make an appointment to only need to reschedule it because 45 mins to an hour after that scheduled appointment you are still not "next"?You have no control over what doctor you see either. You get one you like and make an appointment with that doctor only to never see that doctor again, with zero explanation.I will be finding another dermatologist,

I’ve been going there for years and I have never had a bad experience. They are professionals and quickly diagnose your problem and take care of it. I once had a procedure done by Dr Warthan and she felt that maybe it wasn’t healing correctly. She referred me to another good surgeon. He said Dr Warthan did a great job and there was no need for his care.

Staff was extremely nice. I received Botox and had to go back 2 weeks later because it didn’t take. They were happy to do it but it’s already faded completely and it hasn’t even been a month. I’ve been doing Botox for 4 years now and have never had it fade this quickly.

The last few visits have been pleasant and I was well received. Dr. Molinaro did a good job on removing the skin cancers and the only trauma was the deadening shots. But the assistant was very conscientious and caring about my comfort. Overall, much better than past experiences. Office people seemed to be in a better mood also.

Dr. Bob is awesome. He is quick, to the point and genuinely very kind. He is compassionate and I highly recommend him. I can always get in right away with Dr. Bob, but wait times have been more than one to 1 1/2 hour for Dr. Mandy and I've rescheduled multiple times. I will continue with Dr. Bob. My kids have loved their visits with Dr. Bob.Some of the office staff in the past has not been so welcoming and kind, however, they have made improvements.
