It’s nearly impossible to communicate with them; I’ve been a patient for over 5 years and called repeatedly to try and fill a prescription. 9 calls later I was finally told that my prescriptions couldn’t be filled. Their office person told me “it would be easier if you find a different dermatologist honestly.” That pretty much encapsulates how much they value their patients.
I’ve been to Warthan Dermatology four or five times over the past decade, and each visit has been a consistently positive experience. Nearly every time I’ve seen a different doctor, yet each one has been professional, knowledgeable, and effective. They’ve successfully addressed every issue I’ve brought in. In fact, there were two skin conditions my primary doctor couldn’t identify—but the dermatologists here diagnosed them instantly and provided treatments that worked right away.
I had a great experience. They listened to my concerns and offered the treatment in a timely manner! Very please I chose this clinic.

Efficient yet caring approach to what could be a very threatening experience for many patients. Everybody there is closely watching the progress being followed with every patient so that there's no wasted time or talent while taking care of our needs. I've been to both locations near us in McKinney/Frisco and there's no difference in approach. I feel confident that if I mention something it will be followed up with an immediate action or a plan for future care. In other words, a well-oiled machine, ad the cliche goes.
New office in Frisco looks great! Staff as always is very friendly and helpful. I felt they did an extensive Q&A on our worries about different skin concerns both my husband and I had. They also did a thorough skin cancer check for both of us. They are fantastic!Treatments for my hair growth is going well. So excited to see the new growth and my hairline is filling in!!

jessica and her team were on time and great. Explained what they needed to do. They did a fill body check for skin cancer. I have been going to Wartham Dermatology since they opened. They also was treated for Roseasa and it went away in less than a week. Very pleased with their services.

Dr. Warthan is simply the best. My first visit with Dr Warthan was after seeing a different Doctor in Mckinney. Dr. Warthan saw a spot on my forehead which had never been mentioned by the other Doctor. Dr Warthan immediately sent me to UT Southwestern Medical center in Dallas where they immediately performed surgery on my forehead to remove cancer. I am forever Thankful for Doctor Mandy Warthan.
I love the staff at the newer office. Very good experience. I feel like they really care. Doc is still Doc but she’s got a great staff now.

I went in to see Dr. Worthan because of a scaly area on my forehead. She’s doing a biopsy on it and she also sprayed about 10 places on my chest and on my face. That I didn’t even know I had.

My husband and I were very impressed the minute we walked into the practice. The people in the front office were very friendly and professional. The techs and Dr Warthan were also very efficient and gentle when they performed the procedures. Plus they explained the procedures and the after care very well.
I was a bit early for my appointment, but, was taken to a room almost immediately. Everyone was friendly. They quickly diagnosed my symptoms and proceeded to treat it. They also gave me a prognosis of what the next steps would be.
They have the most pleasant office staff! Andrew is very funny and immediately put me at ease at being at Dermatologist , the PA, and the intern were very nice. But the doctor is incredible and explanatory, and quick. It was an ideal appointment

Dr. Robert Marinaro is great. He is professional, kind, and does excellent work. He gives great advise and doesn’t take advantage of the consumer.
Dr. Bob was great. He found a suspicious spot on my forearm and he removed it just in case and then it turned out to be a surface melanoma so I went back and he was able to remove it totally and it is totally gone! His staff were also great!
I’ve been going there for years and I have never had a bad experience. They are professionals and quickly diagnose your problem and take care of it. I once had a procedure done by Dr Warthan and she felt that maybe it wasn’t healing correctly. She referred me to another good surgeon. He said Dr Warthan did a great job and there was no need for his care.

Dr. Marinaro has my skin looking SO much better than when I came in several months ago. I went from someone who never even got the smallest zit to developing hormonal acne at 26 years old. Working with him to help clear up my skin has been easy and worth every visit!

Staff was extremely nice. I received Botox and had to go back 2 weeks later because it didn’t take. They were happy to do it but it’s already faded completely and it hasn’t even been a month. I’ve been doing Botox for 4 years now and have never had it fade this quickly.
I’ve been coming to Warthan for my skin care for over 7 years! Ann Marie has taken great care of me and my skin. She recommends the best procedures for me and it’s always a great experience with awesome results! I’ve recently started seeing Dr. Bob for Botox and he is amazing! I love that I was able to get an appointment the same day for the Dermatologist. He was able to diagnosis my issue and I have been very happy with the result. I made the appointment with him because I have visited their other office for Sculptra and Coolsculpting. I love them so much I decided to try out the term office. I am so glad I did.
I have seen Dr. Marinaro for several years. He is willing to listen to my concerns. When I have required procedures he and his staff have been concerned about my comfort and kept me informed about the procedure and follow-up testing. I will definitely continue to see him for my dermatological care.

i had nose surgery 6 weeks ago. through followup visits i am almost completely healed. the staffs attention and care has been very important to my healing. i would recommend this practice to anyone with dermatology issues..
The last few visits have been pleasant and I was well received. Dr. Molinaro did a good job on removing the skin cancers and the only trauma was the deadening shots. But the assistant was very conscientious and caring about my comfort. Overall, much better than past experiences. Office people seemed to be in a better mood also.
Dr. Bob is awesome. He is quick, to the point and genuinely very kind. He is compassionate and I highly recommend him. I can always get in right away with Dr. Bob, but wait times have been more than one to 1 1/2 hour for Dr. Mandy and I've rescheduled multiple times. I will continue with Dr. Bob. My kids have loved their visits with Dr. Bob.Some of the office staff in the past has not been so welcoming and kind, however, they have made improvements.
