Dr. Mandy Warthan has been my dermatologist for 17 years. As a Dermatologist Pathologist she’s been able to assess and treat issues other Dermatologists would have to refer out. There’s never been a time when her staff hasn’t made room for an office visit no matter how busy they are.

Recently, I was involved in an accident causing severe lacerations. The wound wasn’t healing as fast as I hoped. She found the reason that 2 other physicians hadn’t caught and was able to do out patient surgery painlessly.

I’ve been to Warthan Dermatology four or five times over the past decade, and each visit has been a consistently positive experience. Nearly every time I’ve seen a different doctor, yet each one has been professional, knowledgeable, and effective. They’ve successfully addressed every issue I’ve brought in. In fact, there were two skin conditions my primary doctor couldn’t identify—but the dermatologists here diagnosed them instantly and provided treatments that worked right away.

Efficient yet caring approach to what could be a very threatening experience for many patients. Everybody there is closely watching the progress being followed with every patient so that there's no wasted time or talent while taking care of our needs. I've been to both locations near us in McKinney/Frisco and there's no difference in approach. I feel confident that if I mention something it will be followed up with an immediate action or a plan for future care. In other words, a well-oiled machine, ad the cliche goes.

New office in Frisco looks great! Staff as always is very friendly and helpful. I felt they did an extensive Q&A on our worries about different skin concerns both my husband and I had. They also did a thorough skin cancer check for both of us. They are fantastic!
Treatments for my hair growth is going well. So excited to see the new growth and my hairline is filling in!!

Dr. Warthan is simply the best. My first visit with Dr Warthan was after seeing a different Doctor in Mckinney. Dr. Warthan saw a spot on my forehead which had never been mentioned by the other Doctor. Dr Warthan immediately sent me to UT Southwestern Medical center in Dallas where they immediately performed surgery on my forehead to remove cancer. I am forever Thankful for Doctor Mandy Warthan.

Dr. Bob was great. He found a suspicious spot on my forearm and he removed it just in case and then it turned out to be a surface melanoma so I went back and he was able to remove it totally and it is totally gone!
His staff were also great!

I’ve been going there for years and I have never had a bad experience. They are professionals and quickly diagnose your problem and take care of it. I once had a procedure done by Dr Warthan and she felt that maybe it wasn’t healing correctly. She referred me to another good surgeon. He said Dr Warthan did a great job and there was no need for his care.

Staff was extremely nice. I received Botox and had to go back 2 weeks later because it didn’t take. They were happy to do it but it’s already faded completely and it hasn’t even been a month. I’ve been doing Botox for 4 years now and have never had it fade this quickly.

The last few visits have been pleasant and I was well received. Dr. Molinaro did a good job on removing the skin cancers and the only trauma was the deadening shots. But the assistant was very conscientious and caring about my comfort. Overall, much better than past experiences. Office people seemed to be in a better mood also.

Dr. Bob is awesome. He is quick, to the point and genuinely very kind. He is compassionate and I highly recommend him. I can always get in right away with Dr. Bob, but wait times have been more than one to 1 1/2 hour for Dr. Mandy and I've rescheduled multiple times. I will continue with Dr. Bob. My kids have loved their visits with Dr. Bob.

Some of the office staff in the past has not been so welcoming and kind, however, they have made improvements.
